Before treatment begins, the areas for the injection sites will be marked and thoroughly cleaned.
The injections may cause some discomfort, although the size of the needle is very small. Lidocaine (a numbing solution) is contained within the fillers to help diminish pain after the treatment. Our team will work hard to ensure your comfort, and may choose to apply a topical anesthetic to numb the area.
Treatments take approximately 15-30 minutes.
Downtime and Results
Mild swelling and redness at the injection site are usual. Other side effects include tenderness, firmness, bumps, bruising, itching, or discoloration at the injection sites. These will subside a few hours after the treatment. You will be able to resume your normal activities immediately, but exercise should be avoided for 24 hours.
