My son had an accident at school on Friday afternoon. He had a large, deep gash on his face and I knew he needed a plastic surgeon. Dr. Pearl agreed to see him and did a fabulous job managing a teenage boy who is deathly afraid of needles. He took his time and made us feel so welcome. We are SO grateful for Dr. Pearl’s expertise and willingness to fit us in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. The office staff and nurses were super helpful and friendly. Dr.pearl has seen me several times now , I have to say he is the nicest Dr. ,and extremely understanding .I am a bit OCD, and a horrlble patient, He never complains and he “gets it” . His talent is awesome , truly great at what he does , I would recommend him strongly to ANYONE

Dr. Pearl has a wonderful bedside manner and does amazing work! Everyone at this office has made this entire experience phenomenal! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is professional, but down to earth and really makes his patients feel at home and welcome, especially in a clinical setting which can be unnerving. His nurses are also fantastic, they all spend time with you in the room and truly make you feel like you are the only patient there- even when you know you are not! If you are considering any form of surgery or enhancement, this practice is top notch and Dr. Pearl is great!
Dr. Pearl is amazing. I received a breast reduction from him in 2015 and I’m still pleased with my results. He made me feel comfortable, he explained everything that was going to happen and he kept my family informed on the care I needed after surgery. The girls still look beautiful with minimal scars all because of him. He’s the only dr in Savannah doing the key shaped cut that made a difference. He’s awesome and caring. I recommend him to everyone now.
